• $5 Single Notary Fee per document in New Lenox, IL
• $25 Travel Fee added for service to zip codes in Column A
• $40 Travel Fee added for service to zip codes in Column B
• $55 Travel Fee added for service to zip codes in Column C
• $60 added to Travel Fee for after hours, Saturday, Sunday or holiday service
• $45 Administrative Fee added to Travel Fee for Medical Facility visits
• $60 Administrative Fee added to Travel Fee for Jail/Detention Facility visits
• $25 Single Notary Fee per Document plus $10 Administrative Fee (plus shipping fee, if applicable) for Remote Notary Service*
• $30 for up to three (3) Documents (per US state) (plus shipping fees) for Apostille Service**
• $150-$200 for Loan Signing Service (for up to two signers)***
• *Must be in the State of Illinois
• **Apostille Service Certification can be provided for all 50 US States
• ***Includes printing two document packages, collection of all signatures, all notarization, scan back, drop off at mail courier and all travel fees to Lender’s designated location
